چکیده

Abstract To study the effect of temperature on electrochemical corrosion behavior HDR duplex stainless steel, resistance at different temperatures was investigated using test method and combined with metallographic microstructure observation EDS analysis based characteristic that metal structure determines. The results show contains inclusions such as silicide nitride, mainly distributed in ferrite phase its boundary. pitting occurs when polarization potential -0.5–1.5 V is applied ranging from 10 °C to 80 °C. boundary below 50 austenite tissues above 60 Cl − , inclusions, Cr oxides are important factors affecting corrosion. rate increases increase temperature; higher is, more serious is. critical between 0.65 V, while 0.60 V.
